The main running bulb needs replacing and i'm looking for some instructions on how to remove the headlights so i could get access to the bulbHow to change the Headlights on 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited?
There's no need to remove the headlamp housings.
On the passenger side, simply remove the air filter cover (and possibly the air filter).
On the driver's side, you'll probably need to unbolt the battery so you can move it back.You can leave the battery connected攜ou just need to move it. If you have tiny little monkey hands, you can even get at the bulb without removing the battery.
All the bulbs are held in using a quarter-turn locking system. Turn it a quarter turn to unlock from the housing, remove the bulb, install the new one, turn a quarter turn the opposite direction to lock.
