the bulb comes out from behind the headlight. sometimes on gm cars there is a wing nut you take loose then the whole headlight assembly comes out. then you just turn the socket (where the wires run into it at) and the bulb will come out. some wick lube oil change places or a shop should do this pretty cheap if you can't. good luckHow do i change headlights on a 95 monte carlo? If all the head lights went out at the same time then it probably is just a fuse. If just one light is out then it is probably the bulb. the fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side, the fuse will be marked. Just pull out the fuse and look at it, if it is blown then you will be able to see it. If you go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts they will replace the bulb for you.
