How do you change a headlight bulb to a 2003 dodge dakota?

i've pulled off the air vent that blocks access to the bulb, but there's a grey type of bracket over the bulb which i really have no idea how it comes off..How do you change a headlight bulb to a 2003 dodge dakota?
It just twists off counterclockwise. It is very easy.
