Hello, can anyone help me change the headlights on my 2002 325ci BMW?

I would like to change both the regular lights and the high beams.

I went to Advanced Auto so I assume I have the correct parts

Also I know you are not to touch the bulbs when replacing them (something about the oils on your hands shortening the life span of the bulb) but if that檚 the case then how so you screw them in? Please note: the more detailed your answer the better.

use a paper towel or the sleeve of your jacket anything but your fingers, some people say its a myth but i choose to do it anyways just to be safe, just cover your hands with a glove or paper towel or anything really
